Islas Cies
Address: https://lasislascies.com/ .The Cíes Islands The Cíes Islands is one of the most visited tourist destinations in Galicia, ask for authorization and buy your ticket here. Natural paradise in the Vigo estuary, the Islands are part of the maritime-terrestrial Natural Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia. This archipelago is made up of three islands: North or Monteagudo, Del Medio or do Faro, and South or San Martiño. The first two are linked by the sandy area of Playa de Rodas and a breakwater. The Cíes Islands were declared a Natural Park in 1980 and included in the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia created in 2002. The Cíes Islands promise the visitor an excellent excursion in a highly protected natural space to fully enjoy nature. In this virgin paradise we can highlight the Rodas Beach, awarded the title of "The Best Beach in the World" by the renowned British newspaper "The Guardian". It is worth coming and touring the islands, visiting the beaches and enjoying nature in one of the few Virgin Paradises that we have left on earth.
Museo de la Carabela "La Pinta"
Address: Calle de Elduayen, Baiona, Spain .The Caravel la Pinta was one of the three caravels used by Christopher Columbus on his first voyage to the New World in 1942.
On its arrival, after getting lost in the ocean, it reached the port of Baiona.
This replica, now a museum, shows the bravery with which intrepid sailors crossed a stormy sea.

Parador del Conde de Gondomar
Address: Av. Arquitecto Jesús Valverde, 3, 36300 Baiona, Pontevedra .Parador del Conde de Gondomar in the province of Pontevedra, also known as Parador de Baiona, is one of the national paradors that has been refurbished on the site of a 2000 year old fortress.
Virgen de la Roca
Address: EP-2202, 36300 Baiona, Pontevedra .The idea for its construction was the engineer Laureano Salgado Rodriguez. The first stone was laid on 18th September 1910, and a small zinc box was placed on it with two gold, two silver and two bronze coins, as well as a copy of the minutes of the event. Its execution was slow due to economic difficulties, and it was inaugurated on 14th September 1930.
It is 15 m high. The stone carving was made by Antonio Palacios, and the face and hands, which are in white marble, were made by the Valencian Mariano Benlliure. The crown is surrounded by a nimbus of tiles and stone that rests on the shoulders. The interior of the monument is hollow and has a spiral staircase that allows you to climb up to the boat that the Virgin holds in her right hand. It can hold up to five people and serves as a lookout over the Atlantic Ocean.
Next to the monument, the large recreational park ‘Mercedes de la Escalera’ (in honour of Mercedes Ruiz de la Escalera) was later built, with a Stations of the Cross, restored in 2014, where a popular pilgrimage dedicated to the Virgin is held on the last Sunday in August.
Faro de Cabo Silleiro
Address: Carretera Baiona -A Guarda, Baiona, Pontevedra .The first Silleiro lighthouse was inaugurated in 1866, located at Cape Silleiro, at sea level. The first fuel it used was a vegetable oil wick lamp and in 1909 it switched to a petroleum lamp. In August 1924, the new building that would house the lighthouse was inaugurated at 85 m. on the top of the mountain, as we see it today. This building has a rectangular ground plan and on its west façade is the lighthouse tower, which since 1960 has had a 3,000-watt lamp. It can be seen for 40 miles in clear weather. In addition to the siren it has an electric emitter with a range of 200 miles. Today it is one of the main points of orientation for ships plying the waters.
The lighthouse, owned by the Port Authority of Vigo, is not open to visitors, but it is well worth a visit.
Monte da Groba
Address: Serra da Groba, 36779 Oia, Pontevedra, Spain .Monte da Groba joins the municipalities of Baiona and Sta. Maria de Oia, with incredible views of the bay of Baiona, Cies Islands and the Atlantic Ocean, is one of the few places where the curro or rapa das bestas, one of the most colourful Galician ancestral celebrations, is still celebrated. The thousands of wild horses that roam the slopes of the A Groba mountain range are branded there every year.
Catedral de Santiago de Compostela

It houses the tomb of the Apostle St. James, making it one of the main pilgrimage temples in the world along the so-called Way of St. James.
